You can transfer many existing financial products that you hold with other providers. When you apply for a transfer, a member of the rplan team will be in touch to let you know the specifics of the transfer (based on what products you are transferring) and what the next steps are.

The following products can be transferred to rplan:

Stocks & Shares ISA

This can be transferred a number of ways depending on whether the investments you have are available on rplan. We will let you know which applies to you and pre-fill the forms for you accordingly.

How long does it take?

Depending on the type of transfer and the provider it is coming from, the average time frame can be anywhere between 2-6 weeks. The rplan team member dealing with your transfer will be able to provide more information on this based on the type of transfer (Cash Transfer or Re-registration) and/or who your existing provider is.

Cash ISA

This is usually the fastest type of transfer - when you complete the online form a team member will email you to confirm your investment choices, before completing and sending the forms to you.

How long does it take?

Usually 2-3 weeks, depending on the provider.

Investments Outside of an ISA

You may want to transfer your investments outside a wrapper directly into your ISA.

How long does it take?

Again, usually 2-3 weeks depending on the provider.

Every transfer we receive is assigned to a specific rplan team member, who will handle you transfer from start to finish.

Once received, we will be in touch to notify you on the type of transfer and options you have available. We will then pre-fill and send the forms to you to check and sign, then remain in touch via email to update you on various stages of your transfers progress including when the transfer is complete. You will be kept updated at each step of the process.
