Withdrawing cash from rplan takes place in 2 steps:

  1. Sell some of your investments
  2. Request a withdrawal from Cofunds

1. Selling Investments

To sell some of your investments, click here. The cash resulting from the sale will be made available in your Cofunds cash account. Once you have placed a sell instruction online, it can take up to 3-5 business days for the proceeds of the sale to become visible in your Cofunds Cash Account.

2. Withdrawal Request

You need to send Cofunds a signed request for the payment to be made. For your convenience, we have created a template which you can print, complete and send to Cofunds by clicking here. You can then send this to:

Cofunds can either pay the money out to your nominated bank account, or they can send a cheque to your registered home address.

Once Cofunds has received your letter, you should receive the cheque/transaction within a few days, along with a confirmation note.


Q. What if I don’t have a nominated bank account setup but would like cash to be paid into my bank account?
A. To set up a nominated bank account, simply follow the steps here.

Q. I have recently moved, will this affect my withdrawal?
A. If you are planning to withdraw the money by cheque, then Cofunds will need to be notified of the new address and require us to verify this new address before posting the cheque. For more information about this please email us at support@rplan.co.uk.
