Worldpay, who processes debit card payments on Cofunds' behalf, requires cookies to be enabled to process the payment. Safari has third-party cookies disabled by default; if you don't have cookies enabled then you will receive this error message.

Cookies are small text files sent by a web server to an internet user’s computer when the user accesses the website. Our cookies don't store sensitive information such as your name, address or payment details: they simply hold the 'key' that, once you're signed in, is associated with this information.

To make full use of the online shopping and personalised features on rplan, your computer, tablet or mobile phone will need to accept cookies, as we can only provide you with certain personalised features of this website by using them.

iPhone and iPad cookies

To enable cookies for the Safari browser on an iPhone or iPad for dealing please go to the Settings App on your iPad or iPhone. Then select Safari from the right hand side and then Accept Cookies from the right hand side as shown in 1

On the cookies screen select the Always option shown 2

Once you have completed the transaction, you can change this back to your previous setting.

Safari on Mac

Recent versions of Safari for Mac have adopted the same default settings for cookies as iPhone and iPad. To enable cookies for dealing:

  1. From the Safari menu in the top-left corner of the screen, click 'Preferences':
  2. Select the 'Privacy' tab from the top of the dialog box, then change the settings for 'Block cookies and other website data:' to 'Never'
  3. Restart Safari - select the 'Quit Safari' option from 'Safari' menu then reopen the browser
  4. This should fix the problem and you should be able to place your investment without any issues

Once you have completed the transaction, you can change this back to your previous setting.
