My rplan Account

In your rplan account you can see all of the commission that we have received, what we rebated back to you and rplan's monthly fee. The rplan charges are explained here.

The entries that you see are explained below:

Commission Payments to rplan
These are commission payments made to rplan from the fund managers who manage your investments.

Commission Rebates to You
We pay 50% of the commission we receive to your bank account, at the start of the month after we receive it.

• If you haven't provided us with your bank details, we will accrue the rebates until you do. You will get your first payment at the start of the month after you complete your bank account details online.
• If the rebate is less than £5, then we will accrue the rebates until we have a total of over £5 to pay you.

rplan Monthly Fees
rplan keep the other 50% of the commission we receive and this fee is capped at £5 per month, regardless of how much money you have invested or how much commission we receive.
